The Health Alliance offers a variety of convenience services to stretch the day for our associates.</p> <p><strong>On-site Banking</strong><br> Automated teller machines (ATMs) are conveniently located in many of our facilities.</p> <p><strong>Credit Unions</strong><br> You may direct deposit all or a portion of your check into savings or checking accounts at a credit union located in a Health Alliance facility. Excellent interest rates are offered on loans. </p> <p><strong>Flexible Workplace Opportunities</strong><br> Flexible starting times, variable shift lengths, part-time employment, and job sharing options are available in many of our work areas. Talk to your manager regarding options available in your department.</p> <p><strong>Business Professional Wear</strong><br> Casual business attire is worn at many of our locations. Guidelines are published in the Professional Business Wear Policy. Talk to your manager regarding the dress code for your work area.</p> <p><strong>On-site Gift Shops</strong><br> Gift shops are located in the Alliance Business Center and our hospital locations.
