Leaving the Health Alliance

• If you were participating in the Health Alliance Benefits plan, contact your Human Resources department if you do not receive COBRA information within 30 days after termination.
• Schedule an exit interview with your HR representative to receive information about your Pension, Medical and Dental plans, and Flexible Spending Health Care Accounts.
